 Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing over 3000 properties owned by our clients, that reside in Homeowners Associations
  • Organize and manage property registrations and rental registrations
  • Process HOA violations and ensure timely completion
  • Review neighborhood covenants and restrictions
  • Receive HOA billing and process invoices and payments
  • Communicate with external HOA companies and internal accounts payable.
  • Organize systems for tracking and managing multiple HOA’s in over 20 cities
  • Manage emails and mail from HOA’s
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  •  High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • One year property management experience preferred
  • Strong desire to take ownership and help to maintain our national brand
  • Strong work ethic required
  • Organizational skills are a must along with attention to detail and the ability to handle high volume
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Able to perform at a high-level in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Computer literacy is necessary and candidate will be required to use online company software platforms
